Primers and any plain DNA oligo. Desalted, 15 to 60 nt. Priced per base by synthesis scale.

Labelled or modified oligo

One modification, HPLC purified, priced per oligo rather than per base. Four or more modifications on one oligo do not have a published price and go to a design request instead.

qPCR probe

Dye and quencher are included in the price. The pairing is checked against published spectral ranges as you choose it; the full reasoning is in the dye and quencher checker.
