What happens to degenerate bases
Degenerate bases have no automatic price and go to a design request rather than being silently dropped, because a dropped base is a different molecule at the same price.
Synthesis scale
—How much material comes back. More scale means more reactions out of one tube, not a better oligo — the purity specification is the same. The tiers on offer change with length: 2/5/10 OD across the board, plus 20 OD for 61–90 nt and 1 OD for 91–130 nt on UltraPAGE. Need a yield that isn't listed? Pick Other, say how much you need, and we price it by hand.

Modifications
NoneA dye at the 5′ end and a quencher at the 3′ end make a hydrolysis probe, and the price switches to the flat probe price with both labels and HPLC included.

Plate rates are lower per oligo than tubes, and there is no plate fee and no aliquoting fee. Plates are published for unmodified, desalted oligos — labelled oligos and probes in the same list are quoted separately.
